Giken Silent Piler
Our Giken Silent Pilers install sheet pile utilizing vibration and percussive free techniques. This means there are no vibrations perceived by humans and noise levels are below 70dB at 25 feet away.
- No length restriction for the sheet pile
- Ideal for Sensitive Areas with existing structures
- Allows for pile installation on constrained work sites with small construction footprint
- Provides ability to install piles in Low Overhead Clearance
- High quality piling installation using state of the art lasers for alignment.

ABI TM 22 MOBILRAM
Our ABI TM22 is a versatile machine that is not only able to vibrate piles but drill as well.
- Installation & Removal of sheet pile and soldier piles up to 70’ in continuous length.
- CFA Drilling up to 65’ in Depth with ability to simultaneously auger cast concrete.
- Docking system to allow quick set up and breakdown.
- Ability to change between the following attachments in less than 10 mins:
- MRZV 30 VV Vibro
- MDBA 6000 Drill Head & CFA Auger

HITACHI ZX 520 with PVE 23 VMA VIBRO
Our Hitachi 520 Zaxis is equipped with power pack & 23 VMA vibro assembled on the machine without any additional set up required.
- Installation & Removal of sheet pile and solider piles up to 50’ in continuous length
- Reach of up to 50 ft from Centerpin of Equipment
- Variable moment vibro
- Transported on one 9 axle load. No assembly or set up required.
- No additional labor to run power pack and vibro. Controls are ran from inside the Hitachi.
- Ideal for projects that require equipment to be set back from pile line or reaching over existing structures and walls.
LINK-BELT TCC 1100 with PVE 23 VMA VIBRO
Our Linkbelt TCC 1100 is 110 ton capacity crane designed with self loading and unloading counterweights. It is equipped with a PVE 23 VMA Vibro for installation and removal of piles.
- Hydro Crawler crane without the need for outriggers reducing the working space required.
- Variable moment vibro
- Reach up to 65’ from Center Pin for pulling and installing piles.
- Dual drum crane for multiple picks
KOBELCO 350 with MOVAX SP-100 VIBRO
Our Kobelco 350 is equipped with an SP-100 Movax and Digga Drill.
- Installation & Removal of sheet pile and solider piles up to 30’ in continuous length
- Reach of up to 25 ft from Centerpin of Equipment
- Sonic Side Grip for low overhead clearance
- No additional labor. Controls are ran from inside the Kobelco.
- Ability to pre-drill up to 20 ft in difficult soils
- Timber pile & pipe attachment
Ideal for projects that require equipment to be set back from pile line or reaching over existing structures and walls.
BAUER BG 12 DRILL
Our Bauer BG12 is the perfect size rig to perform large, deep drilling at productive rates.
- Drill Depths up to 110 feet
- Drill Diameter up to 72”
- Continuous fight capabilities to drill 16” diameter up to 40 ft long for single pass productive drilling
- Variety size of augers available from 16” up to 72” available.
KOMATSU 400 with DH-60 LO-DRIL
Our Komatsu 400 Carrier equipped with the Lo-Dril DH 60 attachment provides excellent reach coupled with quick speed.
- Drill Depths up to 70 feet
- Drill Diameter up to 180”
- Ideal for low overhead clearance projects.
- Variety size of augers available from 16” up to 72” available.
